Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We ship our wines using Fastway Couriers within New Zealand and NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Within New Zealand you should expect your order to be delivered within seven working days. Overseas deliveries vary depending on your shipping location. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
